Help World Land Trust save some of the last wild places on Earth for generations to come
By remembering WLT with a legacy, you can help us add to these achievements:
- WLT and Guyra Paraguay created the 8,650 acre Sid Templer Reserve in Paraguay using funds received through a legacy. Lying at the core of the vast Chaco-Pantanal reserve, it is now a safe haven for Giant Armadillo, Giant Anteater and the swarms of migrating birds that rely on the Pantanal wetlands.
- Bequests have helped us purchase rainforest in Ecuador, protecting Spectacled Bear, Ocelot and Jaguar as well as an astonishing variety of birds and orchids.
- A legacy contributed to the protection of a corridor of habitat for Orang-utans along the Kinabatangan River in Borneo.

We know how legacies can help us.
World Land Trust is working around the world to find new partner organisations, fresh ways to achieve our aims and to protect an ever greater area and variety of threatened habitats.
Our current priorities include linking isolated reserves to connect populations of Indian Elephants, protecting the wild mountain homelands of the Caucasian Leopard in Armenia, and supporting the community-led establishment of private conservation areas across the Peruvian Andes.
We invite you to join us in securing a future for wilderness worldwide.
Kamila’s Story—A World Land Trust Supporter
“I'm very pleased to leave a legacy to World Land Trust. Half will go on core costs and half will conserve land in Central or South America. I find WLT inspiring, particularly its work with partners worldwide.”
Kamila Zahno—WLT supporter
