Action Fund
The quickest and easiest way to make a donation to WLT. Donate in £,€ or US$ to the Action Fund and your donation will go to WLT's most urgent project needs.
Special Appeal
WLT's current special appeal is the Big Cat Appeal which aims to raise £500,000 to save big cat habitat.
Buy an Acre
Save an acre of rainforest for just £100 in our Buy an Acre projects in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Mexico. A donation of £25 will save a quarter of an acre.
Keepers of the Wild
By supporting reserve rangers, WLT is able to ensure the long-term protection of the nature reserves we have helped create.
Plant a Tree
The Plant a Tree with WLT appeal raises funds to plant native tree species in degraded areas of Tumbesian Forest.

Ecosystem Services
An important part of WLT’s work is to protect the biodiversity and natural resources within the reserves we have helped create. Find out about our Carbon Balanced Programme, REDD+ projects and how the WLT protects natural resources.
Wild Spaces
The Wild Spaces Programme enacourages zoos and aquariums to get involved in in situ wildlife conservation. The Programme includes the BIAZA Reserve Project, in which British and Irish zoos raised funds to create a new reserve in Brazil.
Books for Conservation
Supported by the Natural History Book Service, the WLT Books for Conservation Programme provides essential text-books and field guides to conservation organisations in developing countries, free of charge.
Workshops and Training
Over the years the WLT has arranged many training programmes and workshops for conservation organisations worldwide. In 2010 WLT and IUCN NL assisted African NGOs through the training programme Using carbon as a funding mechanism for conservation: Is REDD+ right for you?
